Due to us catering to the chemically sensitive person, returned items will be on an order by order basis. All consumable items not returnable unless a problem with quality integrity. All wearable items not refundable due to health regulations. Custom gifts and other custom items non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and no refund will be issued on original shipping fees.
